One must also learn the importance of rest as it relieves the brain from overthinking, allowing for a renewal of spiritual strength. Learning to serve man and loving neighbours also builds a competitive advantage for God’s tool. Jesus teaches that we should love our neighbours as we love ourselves, as this is the second after loving the Lord (King James Version, 2019, Mark 12:31). The last strategy is keeping track of daily appointments and to-do lists, and allocating time to rest, sleep, and eat. Organizing and Managing life activities helps to prioritize time with God and others around us.
