Introduction

The two main lessons I have learned are project comprehension issues and mindless quick delegation. The problem of understanding can be treated from a philosophical and existential point of view, and in business, it is often not given significant depth.

Discussion

However, the lack of understanding by the project staff, its goals, and starting points only leads to conflicts and toxic relationships and harms direct execution; the chain is not stronger than its weakest link. Sometimes, to achieve an arrangement, it is necessary to sacrifice the efforts of managers and the time of the project, but the results will be high in the end (Hogan, 2016). In addition, an in-depth understanding between team members will positively impact the project itself and the working atmosphere, which will be filled with mutual assistance and patience.

The problem of dividing is tightly related to the issue of understanding. Since it is impossible to divide the responsibilities or powers among team members whose knowledge is not enough to bring the project to an end or fulfill a number of the most critical tasks. The delegation has become a scourge of business for years; many coaches now extoll this skill. The authorities of small companies seek to form a grid of duties as soon as possible, forgetting that this process is based on professionalism and trust between superiors and employees. Incorrect and hasty delegation is fraught with a slowdown in the project and its early termination in the event of serious mistakes.

Conclusion

In conclusion, such a commission harms teamwork and worsens the atmosphere in the team, forcing people to look for guilty and shift responsibility to each other (Schwalbe, 2017). The worst for the team, project, and company are situations where managers behave inadvertently, trying to delegate responsibility and duties as quickly as possible.
