This week, you will be submitting an Annotated Bibliography that will include Five (5) peer-reviewed journal articles from the APUS online library academic databases that you will use in your Week 8: Final Project.
A bibliography is a list of sources one has used for researching a topic. Bibliographies are sometimes called “References” APA or “Works Cited” MLA.
An annotation is a summary and evaluation of that source.
This assignment is worth 20% of your overall grade.
Looking Toward the Week 8: Final Project
Though the annotated bibliography requires Five (5) peer-reviewed journal articles from the APUS online library academic databases, your final project can also include additional credible online resources outside of the library. The final project will contain the number and types of sources to be used.
Annotated Bibliography Overview
This assignment will require you to write an annotated bibliography that includes a good summary and evaluation of your peer reviewed source. The annotated bibliography provides you with a clear vision for the sources you will include in your final project. Though these five sources are a good starting point, you will need more sources for your final project.
Annotated Bibliography Requirements
Page Number – The page number must appear in the upper right corner of the header on each page of the paper beginning with the title page.

Page 2: Begin your APA Annotated Bibliography (You must center the word References, in bold font, on the first line of page 2.

Annotations are indented 0.5 inches from the left margin
The entire document is double spaced; no extra space between entries
The annotated bibliography will consist of Five (5) peer-reviewed journal articles from the APUS online library academic databases. The scholarly references will be used in your final project.
Each annotation, under your referenced source, will be followed by a brief (100 – 150 word) summary and evaluative paragraph. Your work should include a summary of the article, an evaluation of the article, and an analysis of the article. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources.
