Physical activity is a gift that can accompany a child through his/her life. It is difficult to overestimate the benefits that a physical activity provides such as more energy, good memory, self-confidence and so on. A luck of the physical exercises leads to the various problems with body and mind. We should teach children how to care about their health. This is my major message. Today, children prefer inactive games on computer or television. Such way of spending time contains the numerous risks of developing diseases. Inactive way of life in a childhood leads to the overweight, high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes and cholesterol. Despite of understanding an obvious benefit of a physical activity, parents usually don’t pay attention on the children’s health and don’t try to make them be interested in this. In my blog I want to emphasize the importance of a physical activity for children. Parents have to show children how interesting and nice it can be. Due to the specific of young mind, children can’t realize the importance of such activity and its benefit for the future. Therefore, they should be involved in this process as a part of game or adventures. The exercises for children can be presented as a funny game with the friends.

Doing this blog, I want to find more ways of the physical exercises providing, to create the new methods and to show its use in everyday’s active life. The outdoor games can be a very interesting way of spending time. We can use a number of facilities, tools and ideas to make the routine workout process more fascinating. For instance, children can use the different toys which help developing their physical conditions. I want to explore those methods and to suggest my vision of the possible solutions. I want to provide a range of the role models for an active lifestyle. Although it can be interesting and useful somehow to read the scientific articles and researchers about the benefit of a physical activity, I prefer to provide the particular examples and various solutions. I want to recommend some types of exercises, game and sports that can encourage children. I want to include the detailed list of the rules, the equipment necessary for the particular game, the explanation of the place where children can play and the benefits of such activity.

My blog can be useful for those who want to have a happy and successful life. It can be interesting for parents who want to find the new ways and creative solutions of developing an activity of their children. I also believe that my blog can be interesting for children who search for the new games and adventures. Children are our future. As we want to have a healthy future, we have to support the natural ask of children for a physical activity. The children’s energy should be directed in a right way and we have to help them find a good solution of this problem. Adults should provide more information and make children be interested in such kind of activity.
