Social concerns associated with a decline in educational and cultural level, the blurring of life reference points and values, and the inability to interact constructively and resolve conflicts have become more acute among adolescents. This concern has arisen primarily due to the unmet needs of teenagers, and it must be altered. Individuals between 13 and 18 are exposed to numerous risks because of social and emotional growth; therefore, counseling this group is critical.

Teenagers’ needs and components of their social success primarily involve adequate self-esteem, enjoyment, power, social engagement, and independence.
