Reasonable people understand that any individual, regardless of their job, is, first of all, a person with needs and feelings. However, personal pages should not have offensive or promotional posts, although social networks and laws already prohibit them.
If society learns to distinguish between personal and professional activities, conflicts and injustice in hiring and firing will be eliminated. However, since discrimination based on origin, gender, or religion is still widespread in our society, such a prospect seems distant. For this reason, most people today are forced to control the appropriateness of all their publications to avoid working conflicts, and the development of technologies can lead to meshed personal and professional life.
